Renovations at the Ramp Level include modifying an existing pump room and reconfiguring an existing Port Room to accommodate additional pumps. The pipe route that connects the infrastructure from the pump room to the Penthouses will include a Ramp Level Utilidor and exterior pipe supports routing along the building exterior to the Concourse B Roof.

This package includes renovations at the Ramp Level of Concourses B & A, as well as minor gate podium upgrades at Concourse Level of Concourse B.

At Concourse B, airline tenant spaces will be demolished and renovated to create new tenant operational support spaces with increased interior square footage added under the existing building overhang. The existing caged storage locations will be reconfigured and the shared corridor will be extended through the renovation area.

At Concourse A, Renovations include updating Architectural finishes and door modifications.
